  • Any refunds issued are limited to the most recent payment period.

Refunds may be issued if technical issues prevent access to the service within the first 3 days of subscription, or if otherwise required by law. Requests must be submitted through our support team via email or the client area form. All refund decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.
